Kendall County A&M Mothers’ Club Annual Scholarship Requirements
PURPOSE:
The Kendall County A&M University Mothers’ Club Scholarship Program seeks to recognize and reward Texas A&M University students who:
- are proficient in academics
- are involved in purposeful activities outside the classroom with an emphasis on student organizations, leadership, and service
- demonstrate A&M’s core values of excellence, integrity, leadership, loyalty, respect, and selfless service
ELIGIBILITY:
- Applicant must be a resident of Kendall County with a permanent mailing address within Boerne (78006), Boerne or Fair Oaks Ranch (78015), Comfort (78013), Sisterdale (78006), Welfare (78006), Waring (78074), Bergheim (78004) or Kendalia (78027)
- Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen as defined by the U. S. Department of Education criteria for receiving federal financial assistance
- Applicant must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Applicant must have completed 30 hours at Texas A&M University (does not include transfer hours or AP credit)
- Applicant must be a current, full-time undergraduate student at Texas A&M University College Station, Galveston, McAllen, or co-enrolled program with a minimum of 12 credit hours at the time of application and classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior student in good standing. Incoming freshmen, fifth-year seniors in 4-year undergraduate degree programs, and graduate students are NOT eligible for a scholarship. Students in 5-year undergraduate degree programs are eligible in the fifth year.
- A waiver of the 12-hour minimum will be considered for students with a documented disability or graduating seniors
- Incoming freshmen students are not eligible to receive a scholarship
- Applicant may not have previously been awarded a Kendall County A&M Mothers’ Club Annual Scholarship
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS:
- The scholarship award is a fixed amount determined by the Board of Directors and the Scholarship Committee and will be applied to regular tuition and fees.
- The scholarship duration is for the current academic year.
- Scholarship recipients will be notified by email at the email address provided by the student on the application.
- Scholarship awards will be presented at a Kendall County Aggie Moms’ Club meeting.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Please ensure all documents are electronically submitted from the student TAMU email address by the 11:59 p.m. on the prescribed deadline.

One official eTranscript from Texas A&M University Office of Admissions and Records includes the Fall Semester. The official PDF eTranscript must be emailed directly from the Registrar's TAMU Office email address to KCAMCscholarships@aggiemoms.org

Transcripts from a student or parent's email address will not be accepted

One official eTranscript from the applicable co-enrolled campus, if applicable. If the applicant would like confirmation of receipt, please contact the Scholarship Committee at KCAMCscholarships@aggiemoms.org
